Estelle Bowden: Capturing Serenity and Tranquility in Her Paintings
Estelle Bowden is an emerging artist who uses a multilayered painting style in acrylics and oils. Her artistic journey is fuelled by her desire to connect with viewers at a personal level, aiming to inspire feelings of calmness and introspection. Her love for nature is evident in her work, as she frequently draws inspiration from the seascapes, forests and river reflections of coastal Australia. Through her art, she explores the interplay of light and the serene beauty of water, creating pieces that resonate with a sense of peace and contemplation. Estelle also uses the interplay of light and coloured glass to repurpose found objects into sculptures and birdbaths for the garden. Her studio can be found in a converted boat shed surrounded by a lovely garden setting. Estelle Bowden’s art invites viewers to pause, reflect and find a moment of calm amidst the rush of daily life. |
