About the Artist

The main theme of Jacqueline’s work focuses on the native flora of Western Australia, depicting the glorious flowers that bloom throughout the year. She delights in the colours, shapes, textures and designs, striving to capture that magical blossoming moment so it can be enjoyed all year round. A regular visitor to Kings Park Botanic Gardens in Perth to take reference photos from the abundance of native specimen plants growing there, she also finds the Western Australian wildflower season a gold mine of inspiration.

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Art in Visual Art and Media and recent works were included in the Megalo Print Studio 2020 Online Exhibition and the Printmakers Association of Western Australia (PAWA) members’ exhibition in 2020 and 2021. She won the City of Melville’s Wireless Hill Art Award 2021 and Best Local Artist at the Pinjarra Art Show in 2024.
