Contact Information

Jo is a fairly new resident of Western Australia.

This year, she had the chance to visit the beautiful and mystical Stirling Ranges and the Porongurups in the south of the state.
During daylight hours, and depending what distance from the Ranges,  she was captivated by the soft blues, purples and greys of the formations, contrasted against the clear bright sky and surrounding bushland, sometimes green, sometimes dry and harsh. If it was overcast or raining or foggy or misty, it was equally beautiful and even more mystical.

At night it was a treasure trove of the brightest stars and moonlight. This area speaks without words. It is ancient, spiritual and full of stories…. and it is completely silent, except for the sound of the wind in your ears and birdcalls. The power and energy of this ancient place can be felt, in all its moods. She thought to herself: I will return.

Jo will be at Pinjarra Arts Hub, in Terry’s Room with other members of Peel Printmaking during Peel Open Studios.
