By entering the competition, entrants are agreeing to abide by the competition terms and conditions below:

​COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The “City” refers to the City of Mandurah
2. The “Entrant” means the person who entering the competition whose name appears on the Entry
3. An “Entry” means any entry in this competition competing for the prize as set out and available in this competition
4. The “Prize” consists of one $200 Mandurah Performing Arts Centre gift voucher
5. The “Winner” refers to the Entrant randomly selected and allocated the Prize
6. To submit an Entry, the Entrant must be 18 years or over
7. There is one (1) Prize available in total, one (1) per Winner
8. The competition starts on Saturday, 13 April 2024 and closes on Thursday, 9 May 2024 (11am AWST)
9. The Winner will be drawn on Thursday, 9 May 2024
10. The City will make all reasonable attempts to make contact with the Winner from Thursday, 9 May 2024. If the City has been unable to make contact with the Winner by Thursday, 9 May 2024 the Winner will forfeit their Prize. The City will endeavour to redraw a new Winner of the forfeited Prize.
11. The City, in their absolute discretion, may disqualify Entrants and/or the Winner who bring the competition into disrepute
12. The Entrant understands that they are participating in this competition at their own risk
13. The Entrant shall act in a responsible manner that is considered as reasonable by the City and other Entrants
14. The Prize will be single-use only. Authority for that single use is the recipient’s responsibility only. The Prize cannot be transferred, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted. The City nor Supplier will not be liable for any unauthorised registrations.
15. The Winner shall indemnify the City from all claims, costs, losses (whether direct or indirect) including any interest, injury or death, penalties, legal and other professional fees and expenses awarded against or incurred by the Winner as a result of their involvement in the activity.
16. To the extent permitted by law, the Entrant accepts that the City will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of participation in the activity.
17. The Entrant shall not make any Claim or Demand against the City for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, any Claim or Demand arising as a result of any action, default, or negligence of City, and to the fullest extent permitted by law the Entrant accepts that the City will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of participation in the event activity.
18. Any information gathered during this competition shall be treated in the strictest confidence and shall only be used for the purpose of this competition, unless permitted by the Entrant.
19. The City retains ownership of the intellectual property that it has specifically developed in relation to this competition. All other intellectual property remains the property of the creator.
20. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.
